Bloodwork while on accutane

Asked my doctor for some blood tests to check my test mainly, but I've been running isotret for like 3 months without them knowing, should I be worried about stuff like triglycerides being too high

I just don't want them to be worried about that because they don't know I'm taking (10mgs) isotret

Crazy bro my situation is also similar like this fuckers fearmonger that thing like crazyyyy. A random derm just put me on 20mg for alt without any reason when already my skin was fluctuating ffs. And so i decided fuck them and started running 30mg ED
