Clearance Rates (% of convictions)

CarJacking - 17.6%
Armed Robbery
Bank Robbery - 60.4%
Individual - 62.5%
Groups - 44.2%
(Note: over 90% if Bank Robbeires are individuals)
Murder - 61.4%
Individual - 61.2%
Groups -50.9%
(Note: Ditto as from robberies)

Theft (Burglarly and Motor Vehicle) : 13-14%

Obviously everyone is going to have their own interpretation but we can all agree that law enforcement puts higher priority and more effort into catching violent offenders so murders and robberies are going to have higher clearance rates by default.

The average burglary heist nets $2,416
The average bank robbery nets $4,200

With numbers like these, I think one can conclude crimecelling is a desperate, very risky, reasonable to perform short to mid term, with medium payout.
