I’m currently doing my college internship in the finance industry are the higher ups have noticeably lighter coloring than the general public. A lot of articles I've seen on the topic lump the two together anyways as LIGHT EYES. So light eyes are 78% of Britain according to the study you linked and we don't even know whether they discounted the ethnics or not.
