I - YOU OVEREAT/GET SICK IF YOU DON’T EAT
Before I write this, I want to stress the fact that I do NOT think you should literally eat zero calories. This is less sustainable and won’t make that much of a difference in terms of weight loss compared to a diet of higher calories. Starvemaxing does not literally mean starving yourself LOL
(you can dnr this section, not recommended but there’s some things that you may not care about)
I believe that people would absolutely lose weight if they simply tried not eating extremely high calorie meals and avoided snacks. Snacks and deserts are what I believe keeps people from losing weight or even potentially gaining unwanted weight. Up to 50 percent of obese people literally are addicted to food (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s12937-016-0124-6), and I would have assumed that number was higher.

If you struggle with snacks or simply just want to eat less and lose weight quicker but you get naseous, then retatrutide might be perfect for you. (I believe tizepiride also does most of this, however, it does not have glucagon benefits, meaning you miss out on the slight boost in metabolism).
Retatrutide and tirzepiride are both compounds that suppress appetite, simply make you not want to eat snacks as much, and make you feel better unless overdosed in most cases. You also lose less muscle and more fat when losing weight on retatrutide. I could link studies of people’s weight loss thru reta clinical trials, however the people being tested must not want to lose weight.
In the trials, it shows a roughly 28% decrease in body weight over 80 weeks. that is more than a year. These people lost 56 pounds in over a year. I lost 30 pounds in two months on retatrutide on a 9x less dose lol.
The fact is, it truly will work. It won’t directly cause fat loss, but it aids you a LOT. I do not reccomend taking anything without the help of a doctor btw, but i won’t say this again as i said it at the beggining of the thread. DO NOT TAKE THIS STUFF WITHOUT A MEDICAL DOCTOR TELLING U TO (and the other guidelines written down).

II - Daily Metabolism Boosters
This section will be relatively quick. I will just be listing daily metabolism boosters and how much they have boosted metabolisms. I will not say if they are worth it or not, as that is your descision, however a lot of these aren’t.
Nicotine - 10% metabolism increase in chronic smokers. Probably safer and more boost thru snus. (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8162771/)
Caffeine - 5-6%, however this affect only lasts a couple hours/ how long you are caffeinated for. Your sleep would get fucked if u were to use this all day, and sleep is very important.
Lean protein foods - 20-30% of calories contained in the food are burnt during digestion
Spicy foods - raises core temperature so it can technically burn some calories, however you are usually injecting calories for this.
Water - Drinking 500ml of water can boost metabolism from 24-30% for an hour, which is a very high amount, and yet a very short period of time.
Building muscle - percent dependent, but this is obvious.
III - Fat Dissolvers
You have likely heard of aqualyx (or lipovela recently).
Let’s focus on aqualyx for now, as it is the most popular one, and many fat dissolvers work similarly. Aqualyx uses a synthetic bile acid to PERMANENTLY DESTROY fat cells. They are then cleared from your body. Aqualyx is often used in the face. It is specifically meant for stubborn fat.
Many may say “well, won’t that make me uncanny when i’m older?”
The answer to that is “probably”. Not everything is perfect. People have started going over to lemon bottle, which kinda does the same thing; however to a smaller extent ig? I will likely be trying this eventually.
I haven’t done this yet so I can’t really explain how it’s done, despite having general knowledge. Two of the most highly praised aqualyx threads on this forum are

both by the same person. Fat dissolvers, especially aqualyx, are constantly said to be the worst pain in the world.
IIII - Ultrasonic cavitation
This is highly debated because many claim you can easily go deaf or blind using UC, and it is not as affective as fat dissolvers. UC is like a massaging device put on your area of choice that essentially melts your fat off. It is then cleared out of your system naturally. Apparently it’s not that good on UC, which is why this section is being kept short.
V - Debloating
Debloating is not fully cope obviously, however, it should be noted that a lot of things you see on tiktok are cope.
Yes, having a 5:3 potassium to sodium ratio is important, however, it will not fully debloat you. Many use a diuretic called furosemide. It flushes out lots of excess fluid. I would probably not use this any time soon, as I do not want to just keep adding side affects.
What to AVOID when debloating:
Carbonated drinks or sodas (i am still drinking diet dr pepper jfl)
- Artificial sweeteners
- High sodium and oily meals
- Dairy
VI - WEIGHING LESS
It may seem like i’m trying to be a smartass, but generally weighing less is good. What I mean is that if someone is 10% bf at 100 lbs, they have only 10 pounds of fat. Not that I think 100 pounds is a good weight to be at.
If somebody is at 200 pounds, they now have 20 pounds of fat. Sure, they have more muscle, however, a lot of your body and face is affected.
