Body Fat question

I am like 22% body fat rn and it feels like a sweet spot because my body feels good and i look good enough but I still want to look better. I am wondering if losing more facial fat would mess with my UEE because i don’t know about fat pads and would i be able to get hollow cheeks like this in regular lighting at a lower bf%?
