how much did jeff seid weight at 17? im like similar age and i have high lat proportions with narrow waist and im lean but need a few more lbs of muslces in my arms to balance out my V taper and im like 6’0 and i weigh like 172 ish standing at like 13-16 percent body fat

im just curious to see how many lbs of muscle i am from having his composition i dont wanna look like anybody specific i have potential on my own but i def want his composition of muscle and leanesss

alright physique for someone who mainly got this from a background of boxing never did weights and got this natty ive switched to weightlifting like in december
