I want to look like Jon Skywalker or David Laid, I'm 6,1 185lbs, what can I do to look better? Also, what steroid cycle to do? I also want to fix my flared rib on the left side it makes my top left ab gone.

Looks decent, focus more on arms. Like 3 times a week. 1 really intense leg day and chest and back 2 times a week. Do a hard arm workout the first one. Second one ( 3 days later ) also intense then the third one is a little bit lighter not so much fatigue. It has worked for me atleast, my arms have exploded since I started doing higher frequency. Focus a lot on shoulders while you’re at it.

thanks, i do ppl so split naturally lacks arms, i like your advice alot i think maybe ill do PushPullLegs x C/B, S/A, Legs and blast them. have any idea for the rib flare maybe left side ab work ?

Only bodyfat if you want good abs but train your obliques to achieve that aesthetic look. If you have the time you should do FBEOD ( full body every other day) split, it’s the best split in the gym but so fucking boring
