Just do a lean bulk which is the same thing kinda. That just means to go on a calorie surplus of like 200 to 300. Try and gain 1 pound to half a pound each week. Also make sure you’re doing progressive overload.

yep but DO NOT EAT goyslop period bro.

Eat meat ,fruits and dairies, a bit of liver for vitamins.
and raw or at least cook it just to make it warm .

I swear best shit ever , never bloated + hormones maxing .W

it suppress ur appetite like crazy , I can't describe it fr.
