took sum advice from forums i’ve looked at i’ve focused on shoulders, i haven’t done a ab routine at all which ik is bad. I’ve been taking my creatine and protein shakes i’ve. started the clavicle retraction exsercise and i think it’s helping. What can i do further to improve my body maybe skin? ab visibility ? let me know please

looking good proportions and insertions are fine keep training and youll look great, but tbh abs arent important to train beyond two exercises and your diet. the only two exervises you need for abs are leg raises and kneeling cable crunches

If you dont look good by your early/mid twenties, consider hopping on testosterone.

Its fear mongered to death because its a steroid and its often grouped with more dangerous compounds, but simple bio identical testosterone is really safe, and will get you huge.

Only if natty training doesnt do you justice though.
