I’m going on holiday in 10 days and want to look shredded, I’m around 12% body fat at the minute ( have a weak 6 pack) I hope to lose around 1% more body fat before that, and have it look deeper cause rn it’s only decently visible in strong lighting.

Currently eating around 1500 calories and doing fasted cardio. Around 120g of protein intake and I’m on creatine.

Low carbs would make me look harder and less bloated yes?

Avoid carbonated drinks?

No sodium?

I will be taking alcohol probably just vodka with maybe orange juice.

Do I take caffeine for diuretic effect?

Anyone want to help cause I don’t want to end up bloating and having no abs.
 
if you barely have visible ab lines you're not at 12%.

avoid beer, shit is very high carb and bloats the shit out of you.

No I have abs, they just aren’t shredded to the degree I want in normal lighting

I will try avoid beer obviously, stick to vodka and orange juice I believe is the least bloating. ( oranges are anti bloat I believe)
 
Just lose ur gains for a holiday theory

muscle memory I can regain 90% of them anyway

Yes, but 40k steps, 1000 calories which is 100% protein and 2 ice baths is a nightmare tho

those charts are hilariously inaccurate, and how lean you look varies throughout the day, 15% looks pretty lean for example in the morning before there's any bloating from food and there's nothing wrong with staying at that level depending on your distribution.

those charts are inaccurate because in each image the individuals have varied amounts of muscle mass which can make 15% look drastically different on two people + if you're carb depleted or full, you look leaner when full of glycogen + as you mentioned fat distribution, in any case bodyfat % is arbitrary and irrelevant (in my opinion), ultimately what matters is how you look & perform

some people look great at 15% especially when they have very low lower stomach fat distribution.

I sadly start getting a pouch around 15% so it doesn't work out for me.

you have a lot of mass so you'll look better than 99.99% of men at any bf%, how long have you been training?

I started somewhere around 25 with body-weight, then transitioned into dumbbells, then barbell lifting like two and a half years ago.
