I’m going on holiday in 10 days and want to look shredded, I’m around 12% body fat at the minute ( have a weak 6 pack) I hope to lose around 1% more body fat before that, and have it look deeper cause rn it’s only decently visible in strong lighting.
Currently eating around 1500 calories and doing fasted cardio. Around 120g of protein intake and I’m on creatine.
Low carbs would make me look harder and less bloated yes?
Avoid carbonated drinks?
No sodium?
I will be taking alcohol probably just vodka with maybe orange juice.
Do I take caffeine for diuretic effect?
Anyone want to help cause I don’t want to end up bloating and having no abs.
