Bodyfat and cutting questiion

So ive got a question im 16 ,179cm and got signs of early-mid puberty , i want to cut to 12% bodyfat and i am about 19-20 rn , what would be better - Eating 2400 cals and 30 mins of cardio after every workout to prevent height loss and bones not growing or eating 1500 cals to get to 12% easier . Is it a risk to lose some final height or not , i am insecure about my bf. Would like to see what you think and why

So if maintenance is 2500 , 2300 with 20 mins incl treadmill after workout will be fine for 3/4 months cutting or less

yea eating 2300 calories with 20 minutes of treadmill after workouts is safe at ur age and will itll let you lose fat without affecting growth

while i was 14/15 i was in 1000cal deficit for a long time and i lost alot of fat but i think that mighve stunt my growth spurt or i am just a late bloomer cuz i havent had a growth spurt exactly , i grew like small amounts evenly . Also got signs like no facial hair , little to no armpit hair , kind of a baby face , little muscle mass , terrible voicecracks and so on
