if i wanna lose bf should i do 10k steps a day or what
 
DNP, Reta, 20k steps daily, 1500cals. 3 weeks
 
workout and at the end do cardio
 
run or some shit then do some stretching along with it. if u want fast results yeah take reta

Just move bro😭 it literally doesn't matter, although I wouldn't recommend running due to the stress it puts on your body
