Bodyfat threshold biggest drop in visual changes?

What benchmark eg 20-15% is the most noticeable in changes in body fat. Ive been told 15%-10% but im not sure if thats right completely. Does anyone know?


Also ill attach a pic of me and could someone estimate my body fat for me accurately. If you dont know what your on about dont even bother tryna estimate

Around 15-16% abs are somewhat existent, excess fat shows in lack of vascularity although not in too high amounts, since your stomach is flat, no gyno- still some facial fat visible but not any significant amounts to consider you fat or overweight stick to the deficit maybe change your hair lowk and ur good
