What bf percantage do i aim for?19%. Before getting on test, get lean first. Most respond better when lean in terms of aromatization and other factors. Test would actually do the opposite of what you're asking. It doesn't grow bones. HGH I guess could in theory help but I wouldn't rely on it to actually grow the bone. Get on test to max out your frame with delts and a V taper.

If you build actual muscle tissue, it's staying unless it's too much for your body to retain at natty levels which only happens when you're above natty limit (5-8 years of training seriously). You can but you shouldn't. Only reta for like 2-3 months while going to the gym and learning how to do exercises properly and then hop on test. You don't even need hgh because you aren't growing your bones. At least not to the extent you want. Well i have been training for 2 years but i have never cut in my whole life. I can bench 105kg tho and i know how to train. Natural bodybuilding is just a pain in the ass nglthank you for the answer.
my answer to him wasnt about how steroids work. i just find it dumb to suggest a steroid cycle in any form to and untrained 18 year old, that most likely wants to have a body that can be obtained naturally and to attract girls without ANY side effects even when you claim that there arent any, you can get addicted too, as i said wont stay one cycle or go crazy about the dose.
