1. pushups progression

3x5-12

2. pullups, progress to 1 arm or do weighted
3x5-8

3. handstand pushup progression

3x5-12

4. pistol squats
3x5-15

every 2-3 days,

basically when you hit the top reps move to the next progression, when you can do 1 armed pushup with feet on bench 3x12 then you're finished

exercise I thought of cause I'm too high to go to the gym, is it okay?
 
You get shitty gains from months of gym. Expect nothing from bodyweight.

But yeah there are natural guys who do calisthenics that are built like anime characters.

Ima do this until it gets easy with explosive fast reps. Thanks. After I go to gym or something
