Bone density increase

I’m 18 rn is there any cycles I can run that will increase bone mass/density
 
pls never post anything on here again
 
This is one of the most retarded posts I have laid my eyes upon. With that being said, weightlifting is a great way to naturally increase bone density. You can look it up, but basically scientists found that astronauts coming back from the ISS had around 20% less bone density because they didn't even have the resistance of gravity. They also found that the opposite is true, in that working out and adding more resistance to your body builds up your bone density
