well, maxilla stops growing in width 14-15, minimal changes might occur till ur like 18. mandible finishes growing at like 18-20 in men

but if you mean bonemass you can get it after puberty and all, just after a certain age it'll be a bit challenging to have higher bonemass like 30years+

depends kinda when you start puberty maxilla is 16-19 and height 15-20 usally
