Bone grafting questions/need high advice

I recently got a marpe and my ortho said that if I want to keep expanding, she’ll need to refer to another doctor to add bone to my lower jaw. Is this a looksmin? Is it worth? I have a somewhat narrow jaw so could this help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

i wouldn't think its looksmin from what your describing it will prob give you less of a narrow jaw so i would do it

I mean yea you literally have no other choice but get a lower jaw bone graft to support the expansion of the upper jaw.
