I've been thinking of making a thread informing the retards and lazy greycels that don't really want to look into doing research on the Growth plates and how they function histologically for longitudinal growth of bone.
What do you guys think?
I'll more than likely cover SSCs and the Resting Zone, Chondroblasts, Chondrocyte Proliferation and Hypetrophy -> Calcification.
Maybe explaining how E2 actually closes plates and that it isn't always the case that open growth plates = further meaningful growth.
And that E2 doesn't actually calcify/kill off chondrocytes, it just calcifies the cartilage remaining after all SSC's have been exhausted and matured into Chondrocytes.
Just though it was interesting, What do you guys think? (Don't fucking dnr)
