Growth Plates

im at 17 now, but im still growing alot, i have grew a whole inch in 3 months - im not doing anything to help this. my plates havent closed what should i do to optimize my final year growing?

im starting dead hangs, back brace for posture, but what could i take, cjc?

idk anything abt how to max my height - need to know as im 5"11
