BONE GROWTH

Every big looksmaxer such as Clav, Andro and Kent talk about raising hormones and bonesmashing but while this is good for growing the bones, u also need expansion and my question is HOW DO U ACHIEVE THIS? I cant convince my parents to get this plus its like 500$ and a homeoblock is also around 400$. Using Kent's logic that he completely grew his bones by bonesmashing can u also widen the maxilla and make it more projected/forward grown? Cuz i have a big long nose and id want to project the maxilla and also have some super horrible recessed infras.
