After watching other looksmaxers, ive seen that pretty much every legit guy in this space talks about bonesmashing. Andro, Clav, Nocturnal etc. But bonesmashing without hormones will do jack shit. Ive seen Andro numerous time promote tren and also Clav known for running multiple stuff. U might say Nocturnal is a fraud and all with the 500g sugar shit but the transformation is still insane. claiming he did it with bonesmashing. So by coming across this i was thinking about hgh because its not as anabolic as tren and wont fully turn off the endocrine systembut the shit is sooooo expeeensive. Like if u wanna buy legit stuff its about 300$ then add the costs of syringes, bac water, alcohol swipes and all. Tren is also very dangerous and expensive and i barely have money so i was thinking about MK677. Would it do jack shit? I heard BlakeSpeaks saying mk helped him grow his bones and its much much cheaper, i found at around 50$ and that is so cheap per month compared to the others. So if anyone has any other suggestions beside mk, bonesmahing pleeasse help.

Bonesmashing doesnt work. Even if it DID work, your bones would be growing stronger structurally, not adding bonemass. MK will make you bloated. HGH can work if you have a deficiency. Only thing left is getting great sleep and having good diet. How old and how tall are you?

Eat enough and high quality during puberty to not fuck your genertic base. Add HGH, CJC and Ipamorelin if need but after growth plates close you´re stuck

im just pretty scared my growth plates will be closed soon and i wont be able to do anything about it. Im thinking about trying them i puberty while major changes can still occurr
