I'm 15 I am 5,8 my parents are short about 5,6 my uncle is 6 foot 2 and so are some of my other relatives. I am 158lb in a cal deficit i have 15 more pounds to lose. I am lifting weights for 6 days and 1 rest. I eat 150g of protein and 1600 Cals. Should i bring up my Cals to max my bone growth or stay consistent to mt 1600 cals.
