I keep seeing and hearing about bone pressuring “the pressure on bones after mechanical loading signals the bones to be put to work” for example after you are finished working out if you apply pressure in 30 minutes of working out they will grow.
Is this true?

I did it, I thought it would push my damn bone inward but it actually did the opposite. It looks wider now, and then I saw Bojack’s explanation, everything fits, that must’ve been it. It’s just about pressing down; I used to do it for one minute, three sets, since my hands would get tired. I did it with the palm of my hand.

this is cope, pressing down alone does nothing, you need to smash to see any change
