Doctors are already starting to replace bones in the human body with artificial counterparts, for example some patients received 3D printed jaws or titanium fingerbones, couldn't the same technology be used to increase height??? For example in hip replacement, a portion of the femur is cut and replaced with a titanium part, but what if we would replace the whole femur? We could make it expanding, like the fitbone implant used for height increasing, so it will slowly grow in height while the muscles adjust...

One day, technology will advance so much, until we could probably replace all the skeleton in the human body with titanium bones that will be much sturdier and won't degenerate with age...

Even if you could replace your bones, your muscles won't be able to strech and fit into the new one.
