Can you bone smash infras? I heard it can damage your nerves but I also heard other things. Do you recommend it? And if so, what’s the best/safe way of doing it. Send me a good thread or good answers pls.

i feel like infras are the riskiest to smash but it isnt unheard of

I personally have been doing it for about a week but i'm planning on getting surgery soon so I stopped early and didn't get results because I didn't do it long enough so idk. If you're hesitant follow Aurelius on tiktok he is currently bonesmashing infras everyday to see if they will change his eye area I would say keep up with his daily uploads to see if he gets any results If he does, try it. if not, then forget about it.

i personally use massage gun for infras since hammer hurts way to much infra bleed pretty easily from my experience just bs 1 min each side so 1 min left 1 min roght until u did 5 min each side so 10 min total
