bone smashing doesn’t work what normies this it does does it actually build new bone short answer no, but does it causes temporary swelling yes. i’ve personally experienced with bone smashing for 6 years now from personal experience there’s literally no “new bone growth” i’ve also did an experiment i punched my knuckles to a wall made a few holes for this experiment did that for 4 years and i thought it actually grew new bone but no i actually dislocated my fucking finger here’s a video poping it back in place .

I can speak from experience that my knuckles grew smt on them, idk if its fibrosis or bone. But there is def smt hard protecting the bone.

And to prove my point even more my right hand knuckles have this more than my left hand knuckles.( I am right handed and always used my right hand to punch)
