Don't. its cope. They'll say Wolff's law but won't talk about how it'll cause asymmentry. Wolff's law only strengthen the bones, not grow them. You'll mess up the nerves.

(and no it's not supposed to turn into yellow. Either you bursted a blood vessel and it's bleeding inside or Post hyper pigmentation or fat necrosis or lymph damage)
