It gives you a pump for a day but blue spots. I dont know if it realy grows the bone but it should give microfractures. Just try it out for some weeks and find out by your self

Look, U wont get a real answer from anyone on this website, some believe it grows bones, others believe its temporary, and some others believe its fully placebo and garbage.

Try it out yourself and compare with old pictures to a few months after, for me personally my chin grew a bit well from consistent bone smashing when compared Picture to Picture.
