Bone smashing

I have been bonesmashing since Feb now, I have gained some mass in my zygos from the front and side, my chin and ramus I sometimes smash them,
What can I do else to get better results, I smash each area for 20 minutes total like:
Zygos from front (1) I smash each side for 10 minutes
And zygos from side (2) I smash them for 10 minutes each side,
Then I eat 250-400gm sugar, then after 1 hour I drink 6 raw yolks with raw milk
What can I do more to benefit the bone gains

have you EVEN done ANY research? Eating a bunch of carbohydrates and then tons of fats is gonna cause metabolic congestion and you're gonna be hella inflammed due to something called the randle cycle, so you're basically just getting FREE acute stress on your body and creating hell for it. Literally the worst idea EVER. 1 hour gap doesn't help considering how long digestion takes.

Also say bye to half the protein because you are eating the yolk without the white, and eating it raw for some reason. Cook the egg for a few minutes nigga you're not gonna lose any nutrients from a minute or 2

Protein I already get enough daily, I eat 500g to 1 kilo red meat a day, whites I drink them raw sometimes with yolk, cooking the egg will rape the water soluble vitamins in the yolk, and it will denature minerals and create linoleic acid

1. No "enough protien" you're missing a free low calorie + high protien food for no reason
2. Which is why I recommended cooking it 1-2 minutes, lower than the minimum recommended. The linoleic acid is marginal and way less than even cooking oils.
