If you were to use bone stimulations which are normally used for fractures on your bones could they give you a positive effect if like for example used on your zygomatics like will it cause a growth.
and if you take iron and have high dosage of calcium will this also effect you

Smaller surface area= larger pressure. So should I get a blade instead of hammer.
