yes to have naso labial folds while so young and with low bf% indicated that you are recessed, but your side profile is good

You have high set cheekbones but since you're lacking in bigonial width, your ogee curve is not visible. You have good maxillary forward growth in the orbital region, it's ok in the midface but recessed in the chin. You also don't have any significant asymmetry.

Implants can do the job for both.
If you're still developing, putting on herbst or twin block can improve ccw rotation and might help with chin projection.
You can also train your masseter muscles to increase bigonial width, but don't expect crazy results.

high set cheekbones, can't tell if ur maxilla is forward grown but I'll assume it is, and the assymetry is very mild, barely noticeble in photo so its safe to say you don't have any assymetry
