im asking on what to fix on my bone structure without any surgerys. I asked ai and it said i got a mildly recessed maxilla and gave no real solution don’t mind my hair in the first and last pic i just brushed it backwards, the acne im researching for a solution going to hop on accutane in a couple of days.

Your front looks decent, hope on isotretinoin to remove the acne and in my opinion just focus on the front because the side is too bad (ur nose is big) and if you are not lean.GET LEAN since it can make your nose smaller.good luck!

im currently 13% bodyfat im aiming for like 10%
