When the skin gets stretched by the bones in your face and you are >15% bf many beautiful facial features appear like hollow cheeks, cheek lines, defined square chin etc

This is only possible in chads ofc since they have that mogger skull and bones

But could it (theoretically) work for a normie with a normie skull and normie skin thickness use some type of skin therapy to tighten the skin to the bones? like red light therapy or something similar
And also do a skin thickness reduction procedure (if that even exists) to improve even more the stretching in the face?

Ofc the end results would be nothing like a natural chad skull but could it still be an improvement if that is proven to be correct?

I might do some research into skin tightening.

I might do some research into skin tightening.
What I've seen after checking some studies:
  • IPL is offered by many spas & clinics claiming it tightens skin. It doesn't.
  • Ultrasound treatments (HIFU & IFUS) work with but can have side effects. In rare cases you can get motor nerve paresis in some areas (partially paralysed muscles) but studies claim it is temporary. One study claims 65% improvement in skin laxity.
  • Laser treatments (fractional ablative lasers and nonablative lasers) work about as well as ultrasound. Fractional ablative is more effective, but can cause light scarring, hyperpigmentation and acne. Recovery is long. Nonablative lasers have no relevant side effects (slight redding of skin, but goes away after a while) but only produce an 11% improvement after 3 months of treatment.
  • Radiofrequency (RF) treatments are not good. They offer 28.9% improvement, but have similar side effects to fractional ablative lasers.
IPL and RF are a waste of money. I'd only really consider ultrasound and nonablative laser treatment. Ultrasound has less permanent side effects than fractional ablative lasers (no scar) and can produce a similar result. Nonablative lasers have no serious side effects but produce a lesser result.

If you visit a clinic for ultrasound, make sure they know what they are doing. If the red areas in the picture are hit, it can cause worse side effects.

high iq, ty for contributing to the "theory"

btw, what do you think about red light therapy?

It starts at 12% not 15%

Conflicting results in studies, but they seem to be seeing if the light wavelength makes any difference in nonablative laser treatments. One result found no difference between red and white light, while another found red light to be widely superior. In studies about non laser treatments (see pic for example of what I mean) it showed improvements, but mostly minor, and only by 80% of test subjects.
