Bonemash nose(top part)

I have a roman nose and i obviously dont like it because it looks like im a dirty little jew, Does bonesmashing work on the nose?
yk on top part between ur eyes. Or anything else that can make it look non jewish and not surgery or som

I've done it before even like a year ago it did leave a spot but it wasnt permanent
