Is this cope or can it actually work? I’m 14 and trying so hard to change my nose. I know it has temporarily effects but if i do it for a ling time can it be permanent during puberty? Sorry for the bad photo

it maybe keeps it in the position u had it in for like 5 mins after u take it off idk its not permanent at all it js looks cool
