Nah you will lose body muscles but not facial bone because it's bone u cant lose them if its actually bone but u gotta inject 8+iu for years to gain bonemass from hgh

You can’t lose bones unless it fractures or sum shit or you have osteoporosis. The bone mass will stay but the muscle gains will not
