does gaining weight increase bonemass? and supplementing vitamin d while increasing calcium intake?

Take K2 as well. But don’t expect crazy bones from such a “stack”.

Also your caloric intake should consist mostly of protein, meats, milk, eggs, etc.

If you think your ancestors ate it, and they had great bones. You should probably eat it as well.

when you say dont expect crazy bones do you mean it will barely be noticeable? i have decent structure just not good density

It will hardly be noticeable but it’s definitely not going to give negligible gains.

Such a lifestyle can surely help with bone density.
