As mentioned last post, I’m still hitting the sauna every day for gh. Sleeping 10 hours, which I usually don’t have the luxury of, so it won’t go in the methods post.

Angles are 3/4, side, and front as usual, all pictures were taken today.

The goal of these monthly updates are to show what’s possible through working very hard at softmaxxing, even if progress is slower! I’ll consider cycling at 17 and fillers when my bones are set in adulthood. Check my first updates, I’ve already made quite a lot of progress naturally.

Working on getting contacts lol but I probably won’t take the glasses off until I have better under eye support. To be honest, I’m insecure about my lack of eye depth from the 3/4 profile and kind of the side, although having the glasses off does improve my front for sure.

A 10-15 minute (at least) sauna session spikes gh. I get in multiple sessions with short cooldowns in between when I have the time too.

Where did you get that information from?
First heard about it from some guy Joshua Allard on TikTok, and then did some further research and fact checking as usual

Here’s an article from the NIH:

I didn’t really look into the mechanism too hard but it has something to do with heat stress causing spike in plasma.

I’ve achieved undeniable natural results with these methods, check my first and most recent posts. Calling softmax cope is a cope for lazy people.
If you are suggesting that I think the sauna causes a permanent, lasting effect on gh, you are misunderstanding me. I merely use the sauna for a temporary spike in gh, and bonesmash + bonepress in the short window that follows after.
