So what do you think? I currently have a decent base, but no bonemass really. I cant grow a beard tho.it happens naturally, you cant control any of it.
not having a beard doesnt mean you are low t biologically. save up for surgery is the only actual solution.I'm suspecting low T at this poing ngl

U can not change bone structure but u can definitely add density and mass to it all u can do is eat the best of the best foods and get every nutrient in (i advise you to start 80% animal based or full on raw primal diet to give ur body everything it needs for growth)Is it literally possible to grow bones after 17? You cant oh my god broU can not change bone structure but u can definitely add density and mass to it all u can do is eat the best of the best foods and get every nutrient in (i advise you to start 80% animal based or full on raw primal diet to give ur body everything it needs for growth)
I hope you understand that increases in bone density mean more mineralized architecture within a given 3 dimensional volume. In other words, density changes do not produce visual/ morphological differences in bone shape or thickness.u can increase bone density tho
i started puberty at late 14 and im currently 17 and i look like im 15. i've had growth in the 3-6 months. (4 cm at 6 months, like 1.5-2 at 3 so). will my puberty-related bone growth still grow my bones in the face? and are growth plates in the leg arm etc. connected with facial bone growth.? thanks.Growing bones at any age with any "method" or "diet" is simply not possible , anything you are seeing is either engagement bait or scam
You should just save up for your needed surgeries instead of worrying about all of this
