Is it literally possible to grow bones after 17? I'm at tanner stage 3.9 right now. (calculated online) and at %13.5 body fat.

not having a beard doesnt mean you are low t biologically. save up for surgery is the only actual solution.

Test boosts osteoblast activity and can enhance bone robustness and overall facial angularity but its ability to change overall shape is limited

Gh may increase bone density but it's effects are also very limited and extremely dose dependent

Anabolic bone modifying agents like denosumab and teriparatide can induce bone formation at any age

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the check mark on my right)

they dont develop, 95% growth is done before the age of 16 already after that they js solidify.

how exactly? any scientific and practical eviidences not anecdotal/in-theory or on-paper cope.
u can definately increase density and mass. bone mass accumulation continious untill 20-25yr its a fact u can check it if u want

yes true, kindly throw off some evidences too.

U can not change bone structure but u can definitely add density and mass to it all u can do is eat the best of the best foods and get every nutrient in (i advise you to start 80% animal based or full on raw primal diet to give ur body everything it needs for growth)

You cant oh my god bro

bonemass this bonemass that ur reffering to facial maturation aka dimorphism which is just capped at a genetic ceiling and not habital.. stop giving advice when you dont know shit

Growing bones at any age with any "method" or "diet" is simply not possible , anything you are seeing is either engagement bait or scam

You should just save up for your needed surgeries instead of worrying about all of this

u can increase bone density tho
I hope you understand that increases in bone density mean more mineralized architecture within a given 3 dimensional volume. In other words, density changes do not produce visual/ morphological differences in bone shape or thickness.

I wouldn’t say it is straight up impossible for visual bone changes to occur, because the general biological mechanisms involved in bone remodeling still exist in adults.
However, they are strongly regulated, and significant/ visual bone formation is extremely limited.
You always have to remember that the body is wired for survival, not indefinite growth. At some point, the body will even naturally shift the system toward accelerated cellular aging and death.
The body does not want to grow endlessly, since prolonged, excessive growth is, for some even paradoxically, associated with earlier cell senescence, extreme oxidative stress, and subsequent increased inflammation (both are interlinked and work bidirectional).

It’s absolutely not worth it for that, and the currency you would have to pay with, given the likely need for substantial biological manipulation, is your health.
Surgery or implants are the far more reasonable and reliable option, but most here rarely have the patience to save up for that.

i started puberty at late 14 and im currently 17 and i look like im 15. i've had growth in the 3-6 months. (4 cm at 6 months, like 1.5-2 at 3 so). will my puberty-related bone growth still grow my bones in the face? and are growth plates in the leg arm etc. connected with facial bone growth.? thanks.
