Bones alr fused can i still widen my palate?

17 rn. Recessed chin and slightly recessed and flat maxilla too. When im older(and hopefully rich or something) can i ask to an airway ortho or jaw surgeon to get a potential double jaw surgery or something maybe????? So maybe i can get my parents to pay when im like 20 or so

What i ment to say is there an alternative or combination of procedures i can get to achieve the same results becuase doubble jaw surgeries are hard to get and have like a year recovery soo

to be honest, not really bro if you're recessed its gonna be cope or surgery, you can try like fucking headgear or some shit, your skull bones dont fuse as quickly as your other bones do so theres that

just get a MSE or MARPE depends if you have braces rn
