Bones and thinner skin with age?

im lwk boneless but also have strong bonemass
everyone says i have much bonemass irl but its just cuz im Lean around the face i think but im also not? I got extremely thick skin on face especially the cheeks but i still got that ”hollow” cheeks shadow because of my strong masseter muscle but its not because of leanness just shadow from masseter and zygo.
I see all this guys on TikTok and stuff that got this so thin skin on their cheeks and face so they look so defined and good and u get a good smile from it, im wondering does this come with age? I feel like it does, some say u get that skin when u get in ur 19-20s is that true?
When i smile my whole face like swells up i have so thin skin is this still baby fat then??
Im 17 and i got in puberty at 15 so I’m kind of a late bloomer which should make my developement a bit delayed then most

Ofc not? My acne is Obviously not good and its easy fixable in sum months by Accutane but this post is not about acne and its not as important as fixing my skull structure for the rest of my life rn in my developement years which is much more important right now
