no because u dont wanna reduce the swelling, if u get brusing then ur hitting wrong areas, use makeup or tinted sunscream if u really wanna cover it but u shouldnt be hitting that hard that its visibly red

if you used ice the swelling would go down and you’d lose the pump. Use concealer, tinted sunscreen or bb cream.
