Bone smashing until you bleed? You must be using some objects with hard and sharp edges. Stop.

I just use my fists and target areas symmetrically. Make sure to do it symmetrically to prevent imbalances. Also, I rarely ever do bone smashing. I will only do bone smashing for temporary swelling that lasts a day or two. It leaves bruises after, but it never bleeds.

Stop bone smashing the way you are. You might give yourself "Chronic traumatic encephalopathy".
