How you bonesmash maxilla but as a whole bonesmashing does work but at really slow rate and not much. Also you don't build bone you build the scar tissue above. Tbh the only creator I have seen to get reasonable results and document it all is Conor Murphy. He was also injecting igf1 to fasten the process. But if you are normie just bonesmash before going to the club or whatever and put makeup to cover the bruises
