im 14 and i bonesmashed my zygos,jaw,gonions,brow ridge my zygos got more prominent and i think my cheeks are more hollow now i know it doesnt grow bones but lets see will it groe bone or scar tissue i dont have bruises cause i do it soft to dont break bones i hope it will work
