Bonesmash might be legit

No visible differences but i can feel the cheekbones have hard lumps where the bone mustve relocated. The layer of skin on my face is blocking the cheekbones.

Tomorrow will bonesmash harder for larger gains + condition the bones into feeling no pain when striked in a street fight

Anyone who says bonesmash theory is fake hasnt actually dedicated to it enough
