Had this interaction today with a old friend from school. At first I didn't recognize him, but then when I saw him I went up to greet him right. As I was walking towards him. I could visibly see his facial expression change. We talked for like a good 5mins. But it just felt so forced. It was almost like I was a chore talking to him. Idk maybe I'm just overthinking this.

Here in norway there's this thing called russ. From what I know from their group he is one of the friendliest ngas in the group. I could visibly see like a face of pure disgust when I approached him. I thought my approach was OK. I dapped him up and shi. And we were like really good friends back in like 8-10th grade. Back then I was like 15cm shorter then him and I looked like a fkn goblin. But now I'm like a 2-3cm taller then him and look ok, but yet I still feel like every interaction i have is forced.
